Our family event was organized at Park Plaza. The amount of detailing and service that was extended by Raja(Banquets Manager) was phenomenal. The food, readiness, arrangements made were spot-on and all our guests were thrilled and elated and still talking highly of the event. Had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza OMR Chennai. The hospitality and service were truly impressive. A special thanks to Sithik Sir and Upasana for taking such great care of us during our stay, especially with the food arrangements. They went the extra mile to prepare meals exactly as per our preferences and demands, which made us feel very comfortable and valued. "The best hotel stay ever"

This hotel is amazing! This is our second time staying here, and we will stay here every time we’re in Chennai. From the reception to the rooms and the restaurant, everything is exceptional and done with care. Such a great experience overall. From the moment we stepped in we felt like home. The staff at the reception are so kind and welcoming, making sure everything is to our liking. Our favorite thing about Park Plaza OMR is the staff. In the restaurant, everybody is so friendly and kind, while still keeping a high level of professionalism. They are all so capable and hard working. We enjoy talking to them. We would like to mention Ariska and Upasana by name, they always take such great care of us. There are others, because all of the staff is really nice, but I don’t know everyone’s name, and I feel bad about that. I have to learn all of them. It’s nice and refreshing to see everyone putting so much effort into making our stay so enjoyable. Here, you see the managers who actually care, room service that is always friendly and the whole atmosphere is generally relaxed and happy. I have to mention that my husband and me travel all over the world and stay in a lot of hotels, and this is our favorite. We are really thankful to everyone for treating us so well, and so happy we chose this hotel for our stays. R&T
