An excellent experience for our business meeting. The hospitality, meeting arrangements, food quality, and overall ambience were handled very professionally. Everything was well organized and made our entire team feel comfortable throughout the session. A special thanks to Mr. Raja and Mr. Sathish for their outstanding support, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. Their coordination and commitment truly made a difference and ensured the event went smoothly. Highly recommended for corporate meetings and professional gatherings. The staff were extraordinary. They always treated us kindly and with care. Food was satisfactory. They also serve tea time snack along with Tea/coffee, which was a nice surprise. Price was very reasonable.

We had two rooms. Both the washroom walls can do with scrubbing and cleaning. There was mold on the wash room walls. Mold has a smell, and in one room the mold was srarting to smell. So the house keeping staff need to get their act straight and clean up the walls in the shower. If this is fixed the smell of mold will also go away.

We went in as a family and stayed in a delux room. The hotel is amazing with very good service and good food. They have kid friendly food options and even serve complimentary tea in the afternoon. Arisika from Park Plaza went the extra mile to ensure we get very good food and great service. The rooms are near and ambience is great too. Would definitely recommend
