The room was lovely, the bathroom excellent for a wheelchair user, the view spectacular

The bed was too high for a wheelchair user to transfer, too high and hard, husband had to lift me on and off, very difficult

The location

The roads in Carcassonne are either blocked off or being made one way which made it incredibly difficult to find the hotel. It would have helped if the hotel had warned us of this before hand as it took us nearly an hour to find the hotel upon arrival in Carcassone. The hotel could also have provided a map on how to get around all the road closures.

Groupe de 9 personnes, Chambre un peu kitch, pourtant habitué de cet hotel, du bruit à l'extérieur jusqu'à 23h30, musique certes sympa, mais un peu exagéré, chambre très moyenne, au vu du classement de l'hôtel. Restaurant fermé (certes annoncé), mais le bar aussi . Point positif, le lieu, le parking , et le personnel. Mais il me semble que les fois précédentes, les chambre dont je disposais était nettement plus grande et aménagées.
