Lovely staff and a really good view of the harbour - very clean and room ok, Not self catering as all you manage to do is toast and eggs no work tops. If you want a good night sleep forget it we were woken every night one night with a fight

We stayed here at the start of may we upgraded to a sea view room well worth it hotel was spotlessly clear staff were very friendly 💯 would book again very central also

Very disappointed with our stay at Verdemar Santa Ponsa. The biggest issue during our holiday was rats running up and down outside our balcony while we were trying to sit and eat breakfast. This is clearly a serious health and safety concern. When we reported it to reception, the response we received was, “Sorry about that, but they are animals,” which was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Because of this, my mother did not feel comfortable sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast for the full five days of our stay, which completely affected our experience. There were also several other issues including the room phone and TV not working properly, as well as rude and unwelcoming bar and reception staff. We tried to overlook these issues, however the rat problem was completely unacceptable. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

We had the best family holiday ever staying here. Was great being so local to so many shops and restaurants the beach is 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was perfect. We had a beach view room which was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean and welcoming. The best thing about the hotel though were the staff. From the receptionists, the cleaners, the bar staff, the best lifegaurd, David, and to top it off the best entertainment staff. Elina and Georgia were just a breath of fresh air. My daughter just idolised them and they were fully trustworthy with the kids. They were so friendly and fun to be around was like you were out with your mates for the night. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the actual place but more so because the staff are truly the best 😍. Thank you all xxx

Las fotos del apartamento eran engañosas. Estábamos en la planta dos y la terraza daba a un paredón de hormigón no a la calle como las fotos

Everything was fab from the minute we arrived.Met by a nice guy at reception .The apartment was lovely ,clean and spacious.The staff at the Verdemar are really nice !!

Love the location and the cleanliness of the hotel the food was average prices could come down a bit

Room was very darling could ve doin with more lighting and also there is only a couple of channels on TV the reception is horrendous with 2 uk channels and when there is thunderstorms and there is nothing to do could be doin with watching tv and couldn't and also facing into a brick wall the wall could be doing with some nice plants on it and maybe a couple of cactus to brighten it up also the shower base is very dangerous could be doing with anti slip mats
