Die Lage. Die Matratzen.

Fäkaler Geruch vom Badezimmer, der sich natürlich auch im Appartement verteilt. Diesen Geruch eine Woche zu ertragen, geht gar nicht. Da das hier bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt war und wir diese Erfahrung bereits beim ersten Mal machen mussten, liegt es wohl nicht an einem einzelnen Zimmer, sondern am gesamten Hotelkomplex. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Fantastic apartments which are ideally situated, extremely clean and great value for money. I always say that the staff in any hotel are your best assets and it certainly is the case here. They are hard working, courteous and very friendly. The Animacion staff are so lovely and encourage you to take part in activities without being pushy. The food and drinks are fairly priced and from what we had, very good. We ate out every night and had some lovely meals. Particularly recommend Xaloc for great steaks and Paco's which is the best value for money, and are very near to the hotel. Le Jardin, which is up near The Square, and if you like plain fair Scott's, which is upstairs from Stepps bar. For entertainment we loved McTavishes which had great entertainment every night, and football on TV during the day if that floats your boat. My only gripe with the hotel is the daily charge of 3. 50 euro for a sunbed each day, although to be fair they didn't come round every day. Overall a great stay. However don't think I'd return to Santa Ponsa as it seems to be over run by the football contingency and thats not for me. But horses for courses as they say

We had such a lovely holiday and stayed in a sea view apartment. The apartment was so clean and cleaners came in daily, which was great. The view was incredible to wake up to each morning! The location was so handy to gorgeous restaurants and plenty of supermarkets and shops near by. Big shout out to all the staff at the hotel, who really made our trip so special. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you have a good holiday and we appreciated them all so much. Special mention to Giorgia and Eline - two lovely girls who were full of energy and fun and made sure our daughter had the best time (Rosie says hello and misses you both!). We would certainly recommend this hotel to families and couples - and would love to visit again in the future!

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms adequate. Staff helpful. No issues, not too far from the beach. Lots of little shops/bars close. Good base for exploring island as Palma is only 30 mins on bus. Wish id have booked a sea view room though.
