L'accueil a été parfait, chaleureux et très simple. Le studio , situé au 7eme étage,avec vue sur la baie de Santa Ponsa était magnifique. La propreté du logement parfaite et le personnel charmant. L'accès à la piscine, à la plage et à la ville de Santa Ponsa très facile.

Léger bémol l'odeur dans la salle de bain mais qui n'a en rien gêné notre séjour.

Second time coming back to this hotel and will be back again next year! Very friendly staff, Eline and Georgia were lovely and had us entertained the whole time! Very happy vibes at this hotel, close to all the bars/ sea so suited us well

Nem tetszett az apartman házban a penész szag ami fogadott minket illetve az hogy három főre béreltem az apartmant és csak két főre való törölköző volt jeleztem hogy szeretnék de nem kaptunk a mosdóba nem volt víz a második nap illetve Az ajtónál le volt törve 1 db csempe rész a fürdőszobába a tartalma belsőleg annyi pénzért nekem nem volt megfelelő ! Booked a studio apt for 5 nights. Booked the room for me only. Was really happy to get a street facing view, although I was prepared for a wall view as I didn't pay for a seaview & had read the reviews about the rooms. Balcony was standard but I did notice some of them had a giant air con outlet which would probably make you avoid it. Reception staff really friendly, professional and courteous. First impressions - nice clean, modern hotel. The room - very clean, nothing broken or falling apart. Air con works perfectly. Beds really comfy & plenty of bouncy pillows which is my main gripe with hotel beds. Bathroom good... Powerful shower. I'm no expert on health & safety but it occurred to me maybe the reason there's not a bigger lip on the shower tray ( & resulting overflow) might have something to do with preventing falls - could easily be wrong but I see this in alot of Spanish hotels. The majority of the resort are busy getting all colours of ducked up so minimal trippage material around hard surfaces seems like a good call! Unfortunately there was a "pungent" odour coming from the drains, bad enough in the morning but clears during the day. But it didn't kill me so now i'm stronger! Win win. Now onto the swimming pool- Didn't spend much time there because there's nice little coves with crystal clear water to enjoy nearby. But pool & area always looking clean. Lots of revellers in varying states of excitement, good party atmosphere. The hen party were especially entertaining when one thought it would be fun to push the other's head under water for extended time. The life guard had plenty of opportunities to descend his pool throne, mitigate drowning risk and ensure all the hens had a happy & safe pool day :) The staff all looked very happy too. and this makes a huge difference in the general vibe and how welcome you feel. All in all good stay & great value for money. Would return.
