Fabulous location, hotel is located on the beach and so many shops and restaurants! Staff were exceptionally lovely, especially Eline! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we had a fabulous time. Super friendly, caring and attentive! Giorgia was lovely and friendly too, both girls made the holiday! We are currently staying at Globales Verdemar and honestly do not want to leave! This hotel has exceeded all of our expectations and has made our holiday absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has been so friendly, welcoming and incredibly obliging. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they all work so hard to make sure guests are happy and enjoying their stay. The hotel itself is spotless everywhere you go. The rooms, pool area, restaurant and all communal areas are kept immaculately clean at all times. The standards here are outstanding and it really shows how much pride the staff take in the hotel. The food has been fantastic every single day with plenty of choice and something for everyone. Everything is fresh, delicious and always well presented. The drinks are equally as good and the service is always excellent. The location is perfect right beside the beautiful bay in Santa Ponsa with amazing views and a lovely relaxing atmosphere day and night. A very special shout out has to go to Pepe the barman who has been absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. He is so friendly, hardworking and always makes everyone feel welcome. His service is exceptional and he really goes above and beyond to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Pedro is a real credit to the hotel and one of the reasons this place feels so special. We genuinely cannot fault this hotel at all. In our opinion, this is without doubt the best hotel in Santa Ponsa and we would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here. We are already talking about coming back again!

Excellent locations. The views are like no other. All staff are very kind and accomadatimg. Iv been to the Verdemar a few times over the years and it is a wonderful place to be. Food and entertainment excellent. Couldn't find any faults. 110%

The staff were nice and the facilities were good

I wasn't fond of my view (a wall) and a shower curtain and anti slip mat would have been good.

Teníamos una cocinita muy funcional. Com nevera, hervidor de agua, tostadora, fogón y todos los utensilios necesarios. No hemos probado la comida del hotel. Solo el café, no muy bueno. Pero se compensó tomándolo en la terraza de abajo, mirando el mar a pocos metros.

No me gustó la habitación que me dieron. Era en la parte de atrás, con vistas a una pared casi tan alta como el hotel. Debajo estaban las salidas de la cocina. Si quieres tener algo de paisaje desde la habitación te recomiendo preguntar al reservar.

We stayed at the Verdemar for 5 nights at the end of April. Firstly let me start by saying this hotel is spotless, the cleaning team do an excellent job! The hotel is in a fantastic position overlooking the bay and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the animation team Georgia and Eline were amazing, with their gentle encouragement we took part in archery, shooting and boules. David the lifeguard is friendly and knowledgeable..Top tips, upgrade to a sea view room, worth the extra money! Only negatives, charges for a safe, 45 euro and charges for sunbeds 3.50 euro each a day all add up and put a dent in your budget. Overall a lovely holiday and would visit again.
