This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. It's very relaxed, a nice bit if entertainment, good food and drinks, and the staff are amazing. It was really hot while we were there, and, as someone else has said - the sunbeds are on concrete with alot of glare. We moved onto the grass in the shade of the trees to cool off, but the lifeguards very politely told us we had to move off the grass as the director did not want us on there. They really could do with some more / better shaded areas for when it gets really hot. That's my only negative, other than that, it's a great place to stay.

This hotel is very clean, the pool was very clean and the pool is better in real life than pics. All staff very helpfull and happy, good vibe around the hotel, mostly english, spanish and italian guests. Food was amazing although the restaurant feels small for amount of guests we never queued for long. A/l Drinks quite good, never queued for long at bar. Perfect beach with exellent cliff diving and snorkelling. Would definately return.

Me and my wife had a lovely week, the staff very helpful room very clean and nice bed, the restaurant food plenty of choice drinks very good in all a very enjoyable time, we have been to other all in before and we would definitely go back. Many thanks to the management team

Our 3rd visit to this hotel. As most of the reviews say spotlessly clean everywhere comfortable rooms, we have never paid the extra for a sea view because the inland views are a nice view too. Plenty of food choice though have to say the quality is not as good as it was. For us the coffee and orange juice let the breakfast down a bit. Lovely people working here everyone of them. Plenty of sunbeds (if you want a particular place you have to be up early). Very little queueing for drinks in the evenings Brilliant location walk across the road to the beach lovely for a swim. Walks into Santandria and Sa-Caleta. For a change have a meal or coffee at Cala Blanca restaurant (on the beach,) very welcoming people and lovely food. My only gripe was we put our sunbeds under the trees it was very hot when we went and nice and cool in the trees but was told the director wanted us off, So the lifeguard very apologetically told us we had to move. There were people with young children trying to keep cool too but had to move. The majority of sunbeds are on concrete so the heat just bounces off while there is plenty of cool grassy areas . I think we would come again and would recommend it

We’re currently sat around the pool on our last day and wish we could stay a bit longer. Everything is perfect, the food is great with a good selection. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are friendly. One of the most relaxing holidays we’ve had. Please ignore the negative reviews it is perfect.

My experience at this hotel was heartbreaking. We booked through TUI We arrived at 11 pm and had to wait at reception half an hour until we were given a room because our flight were delayed. I sit outside with my son and had some food from the offered dinner, a waitress approached me and in a rude tone told me that I can’t eat outside, I told her that we just arrived and didn’t know and she said she don’t care. We were offered a room in front of the small swimming pool for kids. The room was full of mold, the toilet was defected because I could here the water liking all night. Next day I went to the reception to ask for another room and they said they don’t have any. Than we went to TUI representative, after a long talk they should as an underground room with no windows and narrow stairs, in the moment that they knew we have a toddler and a pushchair. We had to stick with our moldy room. Other people in the main building had normal rooms because one nice lady staying in the hotel showed me her room. The food was horrible, watermelon had taste of chlorine and my son got a food poisoning. Flies everywhere on the food. This is not a 4 star hotel this is a joke. Avoid at any cost if you don’t want your holiday ruined like was mine.

We’ve just had a 10 day holiday here and the only word to describe it is fantastic. Food was great rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were unbelievable. You can tell when a place has got everything right because the staff actually look like they are enjoying themselves while at work. Absolutely brilliant would definitely recommend and will probably be returning next year

Helpful staff Clean Efficient Food choice always suitable IN PARTICULAR THEY OFFER MEDIUM DINNER PLATES IN ADDITION.TO THE STANDARD LARGE ONES. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLATES WAS BETTER THAN MOST HOTELS Parking at 10euros per day was annoying but in this heat we were both glad we paid. We liked room 103

An honest review. We came as a couple and have been to plenty of all inclusive hotels all over Spin. This giving us a good insight to what 4* and 5* all inclusive hotels should be offering. We only go 4* and 5* as a rule but last year had a family emergency, meaning we needed to book a quick trip to Spain. It was a 3* with this company, and as 3* go it did what it said on the tin. Fast forward to this year we saw a great deal to Menorca plus this hotel was a 4* so was hoping for an even better experience. The good….. the hotel itself is very clean and the reception staff are always on hand if you need them. The area is very quiet but everything a walk or a max 10 minute taxi ride for a lively atmosphere. Unfortunately this is where the good starts and finishes. We booked 8 nights and in the whole time we have had one meal in the restaurant. I completely understand there is only so much a hotel can offer where breakfast is concerned but lunch and dinner can only be described as slop. Every single dish tastes exactly the same. Day In day out. It’s all cheap cuts off meat and to disguise this they put a sauce on it. The buffet is no where near big enough for the size of the hotel and the choice is just as small. If you like chips, rice and cheap meat and fish then maybe this is the hotel for you. But for us personally from reading the reviews was expecting something better than the same tasting dishes for our entire holiday. While here there was a musician for 3 evenings on entering the restaurant. I’m sure the money spent on this would have been better spent on creating better quality meals. We are not ones for reviews but felt the need in this case. This holiday wasn’t a silly price . But it was still £2000 of our hard earned money and feel you are totally misleading holiday makers as this hotel is no more than a 3* . We are really struggling to understand where all the amazing reviews have come from ? As this was one of the reasons we booked this. Also the reviews were saying the entertainment was top quality. We weren’t expecting a broadway show every evening but to sit and listen to what can only be described as a pub singer every evening really is poor. And with the area being so quiet if you don’t have the funds to get a taxi out. Then you’re pretty stuck. We understand drinks are watered down at all inclusive hotels but the choice again is very limited and cocktails from a carton. At other all inclusive hotels children are able to help themselves to ice cream/ ice lolly’s. They are kept behind the pool bar and I only found this out on our second to last day as I saw someone asking for one. The snack bar around the pool offers your standard burgers, chips, hotdogs. I couldn’t touch the burgers. For the simple fact I’ve never seen a beef burger that is cream in colour on the inside. So from that I’m guessing it’s never seen meat and wouldn’t even like to think what it’s actually made from. The snack bar however did have a platter of fruit. I took some melon to eat. One bite and all I could taste was onion. So again I’m guessing they have used the same chopping board/ knife to cut the onions and fruit. The snack bar however smelt like it needed a good clean. Yes they are serving up greasy food but the smell met you at the door , this was before you even got to look at the food. totally off putting. This well priced get away has ended up being expensive as we have eaten out every evening. We would have rather spent that money on a better hotel if I had know differently. We all live and learn. As far as we are concerned we would never book another hotel with this company as we feel it’s a complete waste of money. And if you actually gave the hotel the correct rating , expectations would be completely different.

Clean hotel. Food hit and miss, but the biggest issue was one food station, so there was often a queue. Pool was nice but but music was a bit loud at times Life guard said we could not sit in a chair on the grass! Sun beds are also not allowed on grass
