Genuinely could not fault this lovely place. Went for a last minute all inclusive week with my husband and loved every second. We flew from Bristol with a weeks notice as we tend to do a lot of moving around now and less all inclusive so I wanted the choice to sit by a nice pool and read for a week or spend time at the beach but equally to explore the local area and move about it we got fed up of sitting and this place did not disappoint. Pro’s - Beds were very comfortable. I usually wake with sore shoulders or neck in a lot of places (which is just me) but not here. Slept soundly all week. Air conditioned and easily controlled for comfort. Food was varied and always well cooked. I like a mixture and this is exactly what was provided. Mixed choice of meats and fish as well as breads, salad, fruit, sweets and side dishes. I feel like there was something for everyone (adults and children alike) and they did theme nights as well. It difficult to cater to every taste but I thought they did brilliantly. Room sizes were big and airy with plenty of storage and a large flat screen if you wanted to chill away from the sun for a while with multiple channels in different languages. Our room had a huge walk in shower. Location is stunning. Out the side gate and across the road to a beautiful cove beach which was very safe and had a choice or available water sports. Local bars and restaurants. Went over a few times to just enjoy the view and have a swim. I tend to feel a little less comfortable when out of my depth in the sea but the coves of Menorca are calm, safe and stunning. I could have swam up and down all day. On location. It is just a 5-10 minute stroll to the local shops and bars. A beautiful street of restaurants and shops including supermarkets, tourist shops etc as well as a dr and the hospital is not far for any people who may worry about an unexpected emergency. The walk up the street and to the local shops was really pretty and the coast is stunning. There is another local cove which is equally as beautiful. If you are walkers like me, it’s really easy and lovely for a change of scenery but there is also a bus stop right outside the gate. A little further afield is the former capital. We absolutely loved this place. Went twice. The first on bikes which we hired from the hotel. Fantastic bikes and fantastic service. €30 per electric city bike for the day. Reception ordered them for the next day for us and they were delivered to the hotel and as long as they were returned back same day, there was no time limit so we went for a 30k ride up the coast of the island exploring the sites and little hideaways. The former capital is only 5-6k away along the stunning coast and has everything you could ask for. Shopping, restaurants and bars. Harbour, history and culture and comes alive in the evening. You can also get the 64 bus which takes 20 minutes for $1.70 or a taxi which we got back one night for €10 which was only 6 minutes. Every member of staff we met at the hotel was brilliant, always a greeting and a smile and could not do enough for you, all you had to do was ask and they work long hours so deserve your praise for there great work. Entertainment was good and mixed. It may not all be for you but tried to do something for everyone to suit the mixture of ages staying. Great entertainment programme every day in the pool or to the side of the site, a rep on site daily with answers to everything and offering trips and the evenings were fun. There is a larger lagoon pool which was utilised for some of the daily games and two smaller spools. A small but deeper quiet pool and a small and shallow kids pool. Our room was in block B on the ground floor which walks right out of the children’s pool which initially was a worry as we do not have children but as we travel outside of school hours it was mostly young family’s there so we chose to sit by the kids pool daily which was blessed with sunshine all day and umbrellas to get shade as needed (and it was needed for me). The 3 pools are all around 100m of each other with a beautiful restaurant and pool bar with restaurant In the middle. Tea and coffee making faculties in the room and free wifi throughout the hotel and grounds. Cons - I am stretching here to find anything as we had an amazing time but if anything… Where our room was is close to the entertainment which could be heard until gone 11 so if you are an early sleeper or want to get away this may need to be considered but there was plenty of rooms and there would be quiet rooms available so only need to ask. The drinks choice was really big with soft and alcoholic drinks and the local beer (Mahón) was very good but there were limited cocktails on the menu which maybe could be extended but personally I liked everything that was on offer and they do have a paid for price list for a larger range if you really wanted or were not all inclusive and the prices were really good especially for a hotel so some people may not like this but the fact that the choice was there, I thought was really good so all down to personal preference. We found beds sun beds easily all day every day no matter what time in mid July but I can imagine In the more family oriented months this may be a little more competitive but still plenty on offer. Overall - we absolutely loved this place and the choice it gave us for our travels. Big thank you to all the staff that work hard everyday for making our week so lovely. I highly recommend the west coast of Menorca to visit and this hotel. We would absolutely come back again (as had many people we spoke to) Well done Globales. 🥰

First time at this hotel. We had stayed at sister hotel Cala Blanca which was very good. This hotel was even better. We had a Seaview room which had a lovely view to the sea and overlooked the main pool. Everywhere is spotless cleaners do an excellent job. Food was really good with different theme nights. I can't see how people complain about the food. Entertainment was okay, didn't enjoy the karaoke though bit of a let down. Sunbeds what can I say, we watched people running out at 6am to put towels down it was hilarious when we had thunder and lightening all there towels got soaked. All the staff were very pleasant. Will definitely return in the future for another great week. Thankyou to all the staff.

I came for a weeks holiday with a friend. We had a fabulous time. Resort exceptionally clean, food very good for an all inclusive and evening entertainment was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the lack of included cocktails but there were plenty of choices of spirits and mixers. The staff were very friendly and service was excellent. I raved so much about it that my husband has now booked for us to return in early October and I can't wait!

Just returned from our third visit to this hotel. We have had two beach holidays this year thus far but neither of them have compared to this hotel. We just love the vibe at this hotel, it’s so chilled and relaxing giving you the chance to properly unwind. We also feel very safe at this hotel travelling as two women. The room was great, very clean and has everything you need, bath, shower, fridge etc. Also a nice touch from the hotel leaving us with gifts on our return. I would definitely choose a sea view room as the view of the sunset is beautiful and you can also see all the entertainment from your balcony if you prefer. Good entertainment both day and night (bingo, singers, karaoke etc). We enjoyed the boy band group, Michael Jackson tribute and the acrobats. We also enjoyed watching and taking part in the aqua fit, the girls who led them were very energetic and made them so much fun. The staff are definitely the best asset of this hotel. They are all so friendly and always up for a chat/banter as they remember us from previous years. Very hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. They know how to make you feel special by remembering your favourite drinks etc. There is a nice little cove/beach across the road and a few shops and bars within walking distance. There’s a bus stop right outside and a tui rep to book excursions. Food is good, won’t be to everybody’s taste but always have pasta, chips, pizza etc for the more picky eaters. Overall we had such a great week and was sad to see it come to an end.

The hotel was on 4 levels and we were on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and sea which I think was one of the better rooms except for the ants 🐜 running around the floor. The lifts to the rooms are very small so if you’re at all cloister phobic then they are not for you. There was no information in the rooms regarding what’s included/ meal times/ TV so had to ask reception to photocopy the one they had at reception. The food in the restaurant was lovely with a nice selection and something for everyone. The pool area was ok apart from the usual idiots putting towels on sun beds at 5am. More sun-beds are urgently needed. The staff were pleasant apart from the man on the desk when we had to leave early due to a medical issue. All we got was a ok and a grunt as we handed him our room keys. The most friendly person we met at the hotel was the TUI rep. We have been to all inclusive hotels around the world and have to say that what is included in this hotel is very limited. I can’t say if this hotel would be for you as I have no idea what you would compare it to but for us, we think there are better.

i loved the whole holiday, the experience, atmosphere, service and entertainment was great as its my 2nd time. However your karaoke night can sometimes be a very big failure

I have just got back from a weeks stay here with my 5 year old son and parents. Where do I start? Rooms were very spacious and extremely comfy beds, lovely views (we were at the back of the hotel overlooking fields, and farmland, 6am sunrises) Food was plentiful. a great variety to suit everyone's requirements, only down side could of being hotter (personal preference, there is a microwave to accomidatate this). SUNLOUNGE WARS!!!!! there wasnt any 😀 this hotel is very well equipped. So no need for a 4am towel run All the Staff where amazing especially the pool bar girls Marie, Mar and the Scandinavian lady i cant remember her name 🥺. So warm and welcoming . All the pools are manned with lifeguards. My son learnt to swim without armbands this holiday and they was always on hand to offer encouragement and support with this. Carlitos who manned the main restaurant and bars always went above and beyond to make sure everybody was OK, aswell as Xavier. Animation girls work all hours but are always on top form and full of energy. I will 100% be returning and will recommend this to others

This hotel was perfect. Went as a group of 8 and had the best time. The food was good, the bar never had a queue. The staff were amazing and friendly, the atmosphere of the hotel was great including other guests chatting and saying hello every day too. Great walks to catch the sunset every night. Will definitely return.

Just returned from this hotel. There were 4 of us, and we had 2 rooms (right next to eachother). The rooms were very clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff were always very helpful and kind. There are a few different shops and restaurants dotted around the hotel, and it's a 5/10 minute journey in a taxi to Ciutadella, which costed under €10. The pool was always kept clean, and staff were quick to come and remove empty drinking cups etc from the sunbeds around the pool. There were enough sunbeds when we went (baring in mind we went out of school holiday time), but if you want one by the pool I would recommend waking up a tad early to get a good spot. In terms of the food, there was lots of choice and all the food looked very appealing, however the buffet was smaller than the last globales hotel we went to. If you are a picky eater like myself, then don't worry I assure you that you won't starve! Yes there were a couple of flies, but no more than you would find in a restaurant at home, I really think a couple of reviews may be over exaggerating the 'fly problem', but perhaps it depends on what time of year you go. Again, the staff in the restaurant were very quick to clear up plates that were finished with. If you are looking for a more chilled family getaway, this is the hotel for you. The animation team at the hotel were also absolutely amazing.

Just returned from a week away, and we wish we could have stayed another week. Rooms so clean and comfortable, food was amazing, and the staff were so lovely. I will say the only negative I can say is selfish people putting towells on the sun loungers at 5am in the mornings.Choosing the same beds. And waking other holiday makers up. Banging around But hey hoo, I am returning. Evening entertainment is brilliant
