The bathroom was short 2 sets of towels - room slept 4 - only had enough towels for 2. Next morning at the breakfast bar the supplies of food was very low & many more people kept coming in for food to not have available cooked & on the trays M of

In a word, disappointing. No phone in the room, TV didn’t work, furniture looked like junk.the access door nearest my room didn’t work because the scanner was ripped off wall, so I always had to go all the way around through lobby entrance to enter. Needed ice but no ice bucket in room and the only ice machine in building was apparently broke, I could go on. TERRIBLE!

When we first got there, we were not allowed to have a key because the key machine was broken and someone had to open the door for us every time we left the hotel. The cleaning lady was amazing in front desk really tried to make our stay great. There was no butter the next morning for my waffles which was devastating since I don’t use syrup lol the coffee was kind of bland. There was no tub stopper, and the lady told me just to stick a rag in it. But overall, the people made the stay great.
