Budget Inn

Good for one night. Check in/out easy

Shower/bathroom was a bit out dated. Very noisey. Lots of workers staying.

The location was convenient

Lots of vagabonds around. Noisy. Uncomfortable beds.

Next to a couple of small restaurants and super close to downtown. I liked the color of the room we were in and how tidy it was.

The floors were a little squeaky so I was worried about the people below us.

Balcony with seating overlooking back garden.

Furniture and bathroom tile was a little beat up. Noise from highway - had to turn fan to full blast to mask it.

There was nothing that i liked about this motel, unfortunately, and they steal from customers that use third-party services to reserve or book their rooms at locked-in prices as advertised on their website or app. Budget Inn does not honor fair business practices and extorts deposit money as an add-on conditional agreement that you cannot disagree with once you check in you try paying for the room and providing them your ID upon arrival at the business. The lady at the window at the front of the motel where management is usually at....well, she stole my money with her lies and blatant dishonesty. She robbed $75.70 from me and refused to speak to me when i asked her to be the main one cancelling the booking reservation on the app. Protocol is for the motel to make the cancellation so that you may receive a refund under the agreement online via Booking.com. and since you slap the window on me that's breaking my earphones in the process, I have pictures to prove her violent dangerous conduct toward guests or potential guests who already settled the reservation and payment part. This is breach of agreement and extortion and maybe physical battery of me the paying customer. It's all on camera! I have proof.
