Amblehurst Hotel

Brilliant hotel perfect for what we needed it for clean spacious rooms. When we got into our room two of the lights were not working so it was hard to see when getting ready but after telling reception they sent someone up straight away to fix it! Friendly staff and comfy beds defiantly would stay here again :)

I did not get a key for my room, the chair in the room was so dirty. Not a very clean hotel,I feel they can do better to improve the hotel. In the morning the receptionist was so rude,she need to go on training for customer service.

Hotel was pleasantly clean but amenities were minimal and surprisingly quiet on a fairly busy road. Unfortunately the chef went home at 8.15pm so had to eat out. Two good restaurants with in 5 minutes walk.

The front desk lady was rude (first day at noon) the bathroom it wasnt clean and the tiles had mold.
