Amblehurst Hotel

Very friendly staff great breakfast room basic but very clean great for the price building could do with some work on it but overall value for money

No hot water for a shower and tv in the room had no sound and no batteries for the remote control

Other people staying had no respect. Very noisey and abusive.

The hotel was nosey and the decor needed re-doing. The beds were old and the mattress was uncomfortable.

It was decent enough. Only spent one night there. The entrance was clean. Yes you do have to go passed toilets to get to the rooms but it didn't smell. The hallway of the rooms smells like old cigarette smoke. The room itself was relatively clean but places like behind the bed hadn't been hoovered. It is a bit noisy, you can hear people leaving their rooms and out in the hallway in the morning. The TV in the room is small but didn't really matter to us as we weren't there that much.

Nice hotel / friendly service / great breakfast / could use a lick of paint in the reception and other public areas / should have better door locks / should better advertise its (taxi) proximity to the airport Good value for money - with my Expedia deal

Bed lost any life it had.Drunk person banging on door just before midnight , wrong room!

We spent a weekend at the hotel for the Marathon event. The hotel catered for all the guests well but went the extra mile to assist us as competitors

We had 3/4 of a toilet roll when we checked in, that was not replenished when it was almost empty so we ran out... The toilet flush was broken, the cold tap dripped, the bath panel was broken and had a large hole in it, there was no plug for the sink. The bed was clean and firm but there was not enough pillows. The water was hot, the room was nice and warm and was quieter than we thought it would be. Good off street parking. Breakfast was served too late for us, it didn't start till 8:15 and we had to be at the event centre by 8:30.

room is too small. car is park very limited. very little good to say about this experience.
