Ich habe noch nie so ein nettes Personal in einem Hotel erlebt. Egal ob an der Rezeption, House keeping oder im Speisesaal. Alle waren wirklich immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit.

Für uns als Familie war es zu laut, es war immer Programm, immer was los. Ich glaube aber, dass das vielen Familien gefällt, für uns war es zu hektisch.

It is a wonderful hotel and we enjoyed it very much!!! The activities for children, the facilities, the Christmas dinner, and the wonderful staff — everything was truly above expectations.

The games in the kids’ clubs were dirty and broken, and the kids’ club on the dining-room floor had almost no toys. It’s important to know that the video-game room and the spa require an additional payment, and we were also asked to pay for the safe in the room. We had noise from people talking that came up through the bathroom drain — it was very strange. We asked to stay one extra hour for check-out, and they were very petty and asked for an additional €35. A highly recommended hotel, but it’s important to be aware of these things.
