Essen war sehr gut, die innere Rutsche war immer ein Highlight. Einzig der Spielraum war etwas trostlos, schwaches Licht und magere Ausstattung. Schwimmbad mit dem Ballon in der MItte war für die Kinder sehr unterhaltsam.

Super nice staff. It is very children friendly and perfect for young families .

The toys and indoors facilities can be better maintained. The Toys for children were quite old and mostly incomplete. The laundry service can be quite expensive which is not very nice if you plan to stay long and take only few clothes.

Organisation im Spa-Bereich war eine Katastrophe (Fahrradverleih), das Hotel ist nicht direkt am Strand, Tortilla chips als Snack tagsüber fehlte

Le matelas du canapé lit était très dur, mais ils nous l'ont changé après demande, donc un grand bravo pour la réactivité et l'attention

השהייה במלון הייתה מושלמת. המלון ממוקם באזור moro jable שקרוב מאוד ל cofete וחוף sotavento. מומלץ מאוד להגיע עם רכב, בשל המרחק הרב משדה התעופה, חניה חינם ובשפע. האירוח היה על בסיס הכל כלול, ארוחות ברמה מאוד גבוהה ומבחר עצום של מנות. רוצה לציין לשבח את Youssef שהיה מהרגע הראשון קשוב לנו ולעזרתנו וכמו כן את המנהל Daniel. במהלך החופשה חל אי הבנה בינינו לבין המלון בנוגע לאירוע ספציפי וצוות המלון מאותו הרגע עשה את הכל כדי להעלות חיוך על פנינו ולשפר את מצב רוחנו, מה שעמד מעל הציפיות, שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד.

ראוי לציין שהמלון יחסית רחוק משדה התעופה ולכן מומלץ להגיע ברכב, כמו כן האזור שבו המלון ממוקם הוא אזור יפה מאוד עם קירבה לאטרקציות המתבקשות באי.
