The view from out room was wander full. The food was very good to. Staff always willing to help with anything you want.
Great hotel, great food with majestic views. A ways from the action in Durban but a cab ride gets you there. Clean lines and zen decor give you a sense of calm the min. you walk in the door to friendly greetings. Nice fluffy bed and turn down service are unmatched. Try the gypsy toast for breakfast.

Ein sehr ansprechend ausgestattetesund gepflegtes kleines Hotel, mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Küste und Durban- Goldenmile. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, der Service an Reception und im Service sehr freundlich, sorgfältig und flexibel. Die nähe zu Umhlanga Rocks und zum Airport sind weitere Vorteile.
Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß , nicht überlaufen, man füllt sich sehr wohl dort. Ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber , hat aufmerksames und nettes Personal , das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sehr üppig, aber man kann dazu aus der Speisekarte warmes Frühstück dazu bestellen. Das Schwimmbecken ist zwar sehr hübsch, aber eigentlich nicht zum Schwimmen da, weil es nur 5-6 m lang ist. In der Nähe ( 2 Autominuten oder 13 min zu Fuß) befindet sich aber ein öffentliches Schwimmbad , der Eintritt kostet 7 Rand und bis 09:00 früh und nach 17:00 ist kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es ein Paar Autominuten, aber die Wellen sind so hoch , dass man praktisch nicht schwimmen kann, es ist sogar verboten. Lediglich in Durban south beach haben wir einige markierte Stellen gesehen mit Aufsichtspersonal, wo man baden konnte. Wir waren zum Golfen da, Top-Plätze, sehr günstig- das günstigste Golfland , in dem wir bis jetzt waren! South Afrika hat uns im Allgemeinen sehr angenehm überrascht, es waren wenig Touristen da, keine Hektik , merkt man schon am Flughafen, ruhig und sehr sauber überall- wir fahren auf jeden Fall noch mal hin!
Quiet neighberhood. Far from the beach. Ideal for business but would not recommend it for family with young children. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
