From the moment of arrival to the point if departure, the staff were friendly helpful and proactive. The rooms are spotless and very well looked-after, if a little on the small side, but the pool area and spacious interior more than make up for that! The location is good - 10 minutes to Gateway Mall, 15 minutes to Durban beachfront and 15 minutes to the airport. Will definitely stay next time I'm in the Durban area!
Endless Horizons was an amazing hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating it was unbelievable. By the end of the trip they knew us by name and we hugged them good bye. It was like family. The hotel itself has an amazing few of the Durban beach and situated very close to all major attractions. I highly recommend the breakfast each morning, the cooking staff does a fantastic job with all the meals. Rooms themselves were great. Very clean and always cleaned everyday surpassing expectation. Wanted to really thank Felicity, she made our stay unforgettable, attention to her all her quests was very evident.

great place, reasonably well located - mid way between Durban and Umhlanga in a good residential area. Good pool and surrounds. Not v sound proff and comments re wrap around balconeys etc do limit your privacy. Good rooms and bathrooms tho in room 7 aircon leaked water so couldnt use it and in December its hot and humid at night. Good stop over hotel though if staying a few days you must realise you need to drive to beaches, shops etc

Situated in the outskirts of Durban the hotel was wonderful. The food was good and the rooms very comfortable. As the hotel is small it is very intimate and staff very helpful and efficient. Would certainly stay there again.
What a great start to my first visit to Durban! the hospitality was fabulous fro the 30 second check-in process to when I walked into my room and took in the breathtaking view of the sea. The room was lovely, though it had the smallest flat screen TV I've ever seen. :-) At least there was a flat screen TV, with cable! :-) They had a great power strip so that I could plug in all of my electronics. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries were lovely, including having insect repellent, which I fortunately didn't need as there were no mosquitoes. The restaurant staff was great for breakfast and the check out process was lovely and they helped set me up with a taxi who helped me for the rest of my two week trip. I could not have asked for more. Fantastic experience! I wish I could have stayed there for more than my first night in Durban, but it was a great intro to what has been a wonderful trip,
