Resort vaste et très vert, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées, le personnel est adorable et a été très conciliant pour un check out tardif, c'est les points positifs.

Pour tout le reste, nous avons malheureusement été globalement assez déçu. Le resort commence à accuser son âge... tout est vieux et dépassé: climatisation manuelle, pas de télécommande, odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, mal insonorisé, décoration kitsch et beaucoup de moustiques. L'hôtel n'a pas de véritable plage, la piscine est grande mais manque cruellement de charme. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas au Westin, c'est un rendez-vous manqué avec un hôtel qui nécessite de toute urgence une importante modernisation.

Tout. Jardin : majestueux très bien entretenu. Logement: spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Personnel : professionnel, attentionné, prévenant. Nourriture : variée, bon goût, fruit frais, belle présentation, en quantité. Le site : superbe, plage à proximité. Les équipements : complets. L'hôtel est magnifique d'une propreté exemplaire dans un Havre de verdure. Aucune faute de goût.

I really enjoyed the pool. It was lovely. The staff was also extremely friendly. Especially Karishma at seasons restaurant, Mirlan at the bar and Yeshna at the pool!

The services was sometimes very slow. Even to book a massage took longer than expected. My husband organized a cake for my birthday that never arrived.

Все, обычно не пишу отзывы, но эти доканали, вообще не стоит своих денег, грязь на завтраках, сервиса вообще нет, рядом есть Интерконтиненталь в разы дешевле и лучше, жаль что не заметили его при бронировании
