The space the resort offers, the options, the sea view room, the friendly staff, the sunsets.

The breakfast buffet was just too much and felt like a lot of food was wasted by guests.

Beautiful resort! Amazing crew, lovely services. Great shows and Food. Room was always clean! I had my birthday and they sent me a cake! Thanks for that Kaushal! :)

We were on halfboard but not all of the restaurants were included. we felt like the restaurant reservation service wanted us to book the extra dining experiences in these restaurants, even though we told him we didnt want to book extras. If you cancel same day there is also a 50% fee. Water is not included for dinner even when paying for halfboard.

Facilties good. Food very good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The beach and sea at the resort disappointed. The coral in the bay all dead, not informed ahead of stay. Room service sometimes lacked. Minibar not fully replaced everyday, so too the coffee station. Coffee machine never cleaned, no teaspoons replaced etc.

L'hôtel est super beau, le cadre également, la diversité des restaurants est super intéressant. Concernant les soucis vécus durant le séjour, le directeur de l'hôtel a été gentil de nous offrir un soin.

Le service peut prendre vraiment du temps, le personnel est super aimable, à l'écoute, mais plusieurs fois nous avons dû attendre de longues minutes avant d'être servi ou même pour un simple cocktail. Mon épouse est intolérante au lactose, cependant nous avons dû plusieurs fois le signaler car l'information ne passait pas. Et des alternatives n'ont pas été proposées.

Buffet was gross - constantly covered in bugs, bees and cockroaches

The room was fabulous with an amazing balcony and view of the beach. We were given complimentary hats and a straw bag to take with us during our stay which we thought was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and we were always met with a lovely smile and conversation with all the staff in there, including Mehfouza and Karishma. At the Mystique bar we were given bespoke cocktails created by Javed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful but what truly made our holiday special was the staff, I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality, they remembered our names and constantly strived to make our time there perfect. We paid extra for some of the themed nights including the Lobster night - 5 courses of delightful dishes - definitely recommend it! Avinesh was very attentive throughout the night and at other times at the beach club. I also had a massage and facial at the Spa - again the therapist Rina was very friendly and a very good masseuse, the unexpected treat was at the end - delicious! Staff wise the star of the show was definitely Aartee - she made every day there very happy!

That I couldnt stay longer!
