There are 3 floors at the property but there is no elevator. All floors are accessed by stairs. Please note that dogs will be charged at GBP 10.00 per dog, per night up to a maximum of 3 nights. Any dogs staying longer than 3 nights will receive additional nights free of charge. Any bookings of 4 rooms or more will be treated as a group booking. A 10% deposit will be required to secure the booking. 40% will be due 4 weeks later. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival For further details contact the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

"Good"

The room was tired. It was hazardous - Electrical Switches not screwed to the wall. Extension cable plugged into another extension cable. Duct tape used to cover window vents.

Externally the building looks very grand and downstairs albeit a little tired and in need some decorating was nice however the upstairs and room really lets this place down. Would not recommend.

"Owners won’t bother to tell you that the actual Savoy Park Hotel in the photos is closed for renovation"

The old Savoy Park Hotel is under renovation and they don’t tell you when you book a reservation to stay or dine. We were informed when we arrived by a poorly written and half folded up not on the door that we were actually eating in a totally different location, the Old Glen Park hotel . This is a totally different building, with Formica dining tables in a cold room. That said the waiting staff were welcoming and the food was decent and having a £24 menu for 3 courses was some compensation for the overall disorganised experience. Whoever owns this needs to STOP letting customers think they’re booking the beautiful Savoy Park and instead will be shunted off to some other place

"Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel"

Beautiful Hotel, nice helpful staff, Lovely clean big room.

it said food served until 8pm or something similar but when we went down for dinner there was no food being served, so we opted to drive 5 mins away found plenty of places to eat + enjoyed the place we chose + the food.
