There are 3 floors at the property but there is no elevator. All floors are accessed by stairs. Please note that dogs will be charged at GBP 10.00 per dog, per night up to a maximum of 3 nights. Any dogs staying longer than 3 nights will receive additional nights free of charge. Any bookings of 4 rooms or more will be treated as a group booking. A 10% deposit will be required to secure the booking. 40% will be due 4 weeks later. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival For further details contact the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

"Excellent"

The staff were very helful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Although the hotel is very shabby and is to be refurbished, the room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable rate.

The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and the bathroom in the room was tiny.

"A lovely stay"

Lovely traditional hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. They allowed us to book in early as our room was ready. Breakfast was good and they catered for my needs as I am coeliac and required a gluten free breakfast.

"Unless a multi million pound makeover , never again ."

Location.

Hairdryer hanging off bracket and wire coming away from actual hairdryer. Sockets not working , bedside lamps ( both different ) cosy double but bed is really small . Breakfast poor . Wires like spaghetti junction ( electrical wires) .

all good, the staff were extremely helpful. and when we had a heating problem they couldn't fix we were moved into an upgrade and everything was fine. and breakfast was great

Location and price were good. It was comfortable

It’s about to be completely renovated which it clearly needs so I’m sure it will improve. The shower was virtually unusable, apart from that, it was fine for the price I paid.
