The big room

The room was cold ,when I arrived and the breakfast isn't that great at all ,waffle batter didn't taste good sausages were so over cooked they were a wrinkled skinny stick.. Coffee was disgusting 🤮I stayed at the Ramada in Campbell River was excellent in everyway ..won't stay again

Breakfast was nice and neatly arranged. However, it could benefit from a wider variety of options, such as more vegetables and cheeses. As a vegetarian, I found the choices somewhat limited.

The view was not very pleasant, as it overlooked the back of a building and the car park. The room was very cold when we arrived, and the granite bathroom floor remained extremely cold to stand on even hours after the heating was turned on. It would have been more comfortable if the room had been pre-heated before being given to guests.

I didn't eat the breakfast. Nothing to interest me. Might be alright if you had kids with the amount of crappy breakfast cereals you had out. Those premade frozen cheese omlettes smell awful when they have been left sit in a warming tray. Kind of like sour kraft dinner. My husband ate and said it wasn't good. I would have liked to have seen plain yogurt and a fruit salad.

The fridge in our room was so over frosted that the door to the freezer wouldn't open so we couldn't freeze our ice packs. It was 26 in the room when we got there. The air conditioner was making noise and appeared to be putting out a bit of cool air but it did nothing to cool the room. I finally got up at 1 AM and opened the window cause it was so uncomfortable. The beds were uncomfortably soft. I recently spent a couple of nights at the Ramada in Kamloops and both rooms were great. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. This hotel in Nanaimo and the one in Langley were both a disappointment.

Spacious and clean room! Probably the best option in Nanaimo (value/comfort). Free breakfast is also great!

Plenty parking spaces, staff was nice

Room could have been cleaner, lots of long hair was found inside the bed sheets
