"The hotel was quiet, but if the receptionist had her way, I can’t imagine there would be too many guests anyway"

Location to what we needed to do

The reception (Kelly) was unbelievably rude from the moment we arrived right up until the moment we left, she couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. There was also an odd smell on our floor, and the ice machine wasn’t working.
