Staff is very helpful and attentive, but attention to detail is missing, I had room probably next to kitchen. Loud kitchen noises in lawn, not my idea of being in South Goa in an isolated resort near a quite beach, plus they had some hammer and drills running around my room (above or next to the room) which made it hard for us to have the infant sleep. I could have asked them to shift me to the room further toward beach but I saw a loud marriage reception party on the other side and I was thankful that my room was next to kitchen. To be honest I was happy to check out so I might have not given right feedback to them.

Very good breakfast, okay dinner. Rooms were too small and old to be a 5star hotel. Also the taxies are more expensive from this hotel compared to other hotels.

Worst hotel. Very poor room. Dirty and i got 2 single beds when i booked for 1 kind bed. They dont have private beach just the access. They dont allow to go to beach after 9pm. You have to go from mail road.whats the point of spending so much on such properties then. They dont even have lounges. Just a small poolside bar and only one restaurant. Gala dinner new year also was pathetic. They gave only basic drinks and you have to pay extra for just imfl also. Food was cold and pathetIc.

Excellent stay. Food was amazing and the staff very personable. Went for Xmas and NYE - there was a spectacular fireworks display.

this resort is infested with rats drains are constantly blocking up in the room and flooding with water and toilet drain , no facility for disable people though it states its 5 star but i wouldn't rate it more than 2 star. the only thing this so called resort survives is the people who work there, specially restaurant staff and pool guys. managers are not helpful at all and higher management needs to get their head out of back side and listen to guest as only they are keeping them afloat. I would not recommend this resort to anyone book some where else you will save money and hassle.NEVER AGAIN WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

"Great beach but jaded property "

Room was not that clean.. sheets were dusty but was changed promptly.. the property feels old and dated. Breakfast area is small in proportion to the size of the resort and was very crowded. Overall very crowded
