The Beach Club at Anna Maria by RVA

The pull out couch was FILTHY!!! The silverware in the unit was disgusting. No one works in the front office between the hours of 5p-9a so if you need something, unless it’s an emergency, you are on your own. Very dated.

The location was excellent. The small property was nice. Very clean property.

Great little hotel across from the beach. Appears to be recently updated. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided at no charge, njce! My only issue was a very noisy A/C unit outside our bedroom window.

The property is unique, essentially one room with bath, the room includes a full kitchen and table. The bed is a Murphy bed and is a bit of challenge when both partners are at or near 80. The TV is Roku, we needed help learning how to use it. There are no comfortable chairs. Otherwise, a short walk maybe 50 yards to a beautiful Gulf beach, pleasant co-travelers, lots of sun, sand, and tropical breezes. A great break place which supplies beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, the room and the hot tub and pool. parking convenient. I did not like the proximity of the parking lot to the rooms. The daily rate does not include any housecleaning and that was not made clear. Also: the description of the property implies it is on the beach. It is not on the beach but is across the street from the beach.

Loved that there was a full kitchen with anything you could need to feel at home. So happy to see beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for our use as well! Loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

All in all it’s a very nice place to stay. Kitchen is nicely equipped and there is a nice starter packet of staples . The location is across the street from the beach and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. That being said....I arrived during business hours to find the office closed. I was fortunate that my keys were left in an envelope in a box outside the office. Glad I looked in the box! The blower to the air conditioning ran non stop. I had to flip the breaker switch to turn it off. The toilet paper holder had been knocked off the cabinet and not repaired. I repaired . The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but luckily the remote for the living room tv operated either of the sets. The pillows were very flat so I purchased a nice one. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but I purchased a thick foam topper and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen cabinets and door jams needed a good cleaning . I cleaned. Housekeeping did check everyday to see if I needed anything.

Half way through we got very loud neighbors. I wanted to check out early as we could not relax and was told that I could but would not be getting a refund. They also had staffed office hours, but no one seemed to be there when they were suppose to be.
