We liked the location of the property which was close to the beach you could hear the waves from the front door. However, the street to cross to get there is on a dangerous curve. The unit we stayed in was updated and everything was pretty new. The bed was not super comfortable and the pull out couch for our third guest was worse. She preferred just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out so she didn’t feel the bars in her back. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but we stayed from Friday - Tuesday and the front office was closed the ENTIRE time. When we arrived late Friday, there was no welcome packet with our room key like we were told. We had to stand outside of our room for 20 minutes until we finally got a hold of someone to get a keypad number. Then we ran out of toilet paper by Monday. Still no staff anywhere to be found. We had to call the 800 number for the property group and they sent someone over with towels. We only saw one housekeeper and she only gave us towels, took our garbage out, and that was it. It was a nice stay, but there are absolutely improvements to be made, starting with more staff!!

Great location. Liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were available to use. The ac unit outside the window was extremely loud making it very hard to sleep.

Smal, yet spacious enough for 5-6 people with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have closets, drawers and tvs; 2 full bathrooms are wonderful and also a complete kitchen/dining area and washer/dryer in your room too. Conveniently located near beach, and private parking. Quiet but so close to all the activities, restaurants etc on the island and beach.

I’ve been here about 5 times and enjoy my stay each time. Great location and attractions close by. Love full kitchen, separate bedroom.

Great location, easy access to beach. Condo nice and spacious. Beach chairs provided for our use. No information provided re: local attractions, etc. Check-in staff not particularly friendly or helpful. I thought we were told that there was a pool (could be wrong), but there was not one

Great location and people. Opportunity to improve making the first room dark at night, balance the fan and temperature difference between living room and bedrooms. Minor and maybe only on unit 4. Would stay again.

Overall very pleased with the room. Offers free use of umbrellas, beach chairs and towels. Beach is literally steps away, although you need to be careful crossing as there is a blind turn directly adjacent to the property. Nice kitchenette and located within minutes of tons of restaurants and shopping. Priced attractively. They have a pool and hot tub (we didn’t use either) at the end of the property, and even have a rooftop deck so you can watch the sunset. Only drawback we discovered is that the rooms aren’t well soundproofed. So we heard conversations from adjacent rooms and every footstep above us. And the family above us was rowdy and heavy footed. Would recommend to property management to keep families with kids on the bottom floor, and avoid putting people directly under other parties when rooms are available. There were other rooms available that we could have used that weren’t below other guest (property was never sold out during our stay).
