Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca

We stayed 11 nights at Iberostar Ciudad Blanca from 15/11-26/11 2018 - Two adults and two kids in a hotel apartment in number 2 building. We had all inclusive all days which made it easy when travelling with kids. The buffet in the restaurant at the hotel was good - there were everything from salads, to sea food to pizza. The staff working in the restaurant was amazing - especially José, Paco, Dominique and Txetxu was amazing and kind. Also, the cleaning lady Silvana made a good job and gave the kids small "gifts" during our stay. Our kids loved the mini-disco – we still listen to the songs from the show. The kid’s pool was heated until 22/11 – it would have been nice if the pool was warm all season! The beds could have been better – they were a bit hard to sleep on. All in all a really good stay besides small improvements (bed and pool) - and we are for sure coming back. Thanks!

All the staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, and the resturant was excellent with the food of a high standard.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Deutschkenntnissen. Obwohl wir ein Studio, also mit Küchenzeile, gebucht hatten, war nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das Personal am Empfang hat auf unsere Nachfrage aber sofort eine "Melitta", also den guten alten Kaffeefilter beschafft. Ging auch damit. Trotzdem erstaunlich, dass man erstaunt über den Wunsch war. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Noisy place. Bedroom had no window, Bathroom pas in fair shape and poorly lit. The rooms looked old and the air conditioner was noisy. When we commented they immediately sent a tech who made a bandaid fix which made the situation tolerable. The locations looked trashy. Parking was in the street where you could find it. Overall, we expected more for the price of the hotel. But we were pleased that the staff was professional and us check out early after one night and refunded the remaining days,. We moved to a beautiful hotel outside of Vlldemossa which we liked. Super clean and much better rooms at slightly lower price. That saved our vacation in Mallorca.

Avendo usufruito dell”appartamento, possiamo dire che era spazioso e pulito (pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornaliero), situato a veramente 2 passi da Playa d’Alcùdia. Tutto il personale accogliente e gentilissimo... buffet della colazione e della cena abbondantissimo e buonissimo!!!

Le tarif est globalement assez élevé par rapport aux prestations. Le personnel de l’hôtel est cependant charmant et serviable ( en dehors de certains incompétents au lobby)

Tout a été parfait, de la propreté des lieux, au délicieux buffets, pas un buffet n'a pas été de qualité. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable ! La proximité de l'hôtel avec la promenade de la plage et la plage elle même est apprécié. La station de Taxi est accolée à l'hôtel ce qui nous a permis d'aller facilement nous évader. Seul bémol, les gens qui reservent dès 07h00 du matin leur transat avec leurs serviettes et ces mêmes personnes ne reviennent qu'à partir de 10h00...donc moralité nous déjeunons à 08h00…puis sport jusqu'à 10h00...nous revenons après la douche pour nous poser à la piscine...que des transat fantôme qu'avec des serviettes... Hormis ce point qui ne concerne que les clients.J'ai été extrêmement ravi de mon séjour, l'hôtel a fait un sans fautes. Merci

We returned having spent a week there last year and had 9 more fantastic nights. We love the pools and the beach and the entertainment is great. The kids really love it there. Breakfast is brilliant - so much choice! We stayed in block 2 which was quieter than block 1 last year and several kind people left buckets and spades and inflatables in the entrance when they left which we used and then left for others when we moved on. Annoying that people reserved sun beds near the pools for the whole day. We don't like to do this as find it selfish so never got to use one but there are plenty of chairs to put clothes on. Overall another great holiday - very sad to be home.

Top strand, super essen und leckere drinks! Tolles familienhotel mit div pools auch für kids tauglich! Meer war sehr sauber und das personal sehr zuvoekommend. Zimmer dürfte ein bisschen rennoviert werden da.zb. eine fliesenplatte lose war. Sonst sauber

A very busy hotel with loads of facilities. Ideal for families with small children. Everything runs like clockwork, its very clean with great food and friendly staff.
