It was our second time at the hotel and we will be going back for sure. Our 2 young boys were very happy and well looked after by the staff, we all love everything about the place. It is highly recommended from us you wont be disappointed.

Da Hotel haben wir gut gefunden (hatten einen Mietwagen von Palma aus). Parkplätze waren nie ein Problem haben immer in nächster nähe einen gefunden. Beim Einchecken fing es jedoch an, dass unser Zimmer angeblich nicht bereit sei. Waren genau um 14.00 Uhr. da wurden mit einem Essens Gutschein auf 16.00 Uhr vertröstet. Bis wir jedoch am Buffet waren war bereits 14.45 Uhr. Dies gefiel einem Kellner nicht weil das Buffet nur bis 15.00 Uhr. Offen hatte. War uns ziemlich egal und wir bedienten uns wie wir wollten. In unserem Apartment wollten wir zu Abend Spaghetti kochen, ja mit nur einem einzigen kleinen Topf bisschen schwierig. Haben die Rezeption um einen zweiten gebeten dieser ist gekommen, als wir mit essen fertig waren. Wir haben das Zimmer mehrheitlich zum Schlafen gebraucht und haben den Hotelservice nicht wirklich in Anspruch genommen.

The hotel location is superb close to the beach, all amenities meet our expectations. The only issue we had with people smoking in the open areas for example close to "stage", while they were children around.

Super dejlig hotel med pragtfuld beliggenhed lige ned til stranden. Dejlig pool og børnepool. Dejlig restaurant med skøn mad. Dejlig man kan sidde ude og spise. Værelserne var noget slidte og kunne trænge til renovering.

The hotel is very close to the beautiful beach of Acudia, which ist the biggest advantage. The building itself seems to be very old and the rooms/bathrooms are not uptodate. It was clean, but sleeping in the bed was horrible, everything was old and damaged. Evend wall beside the main door have had an gigantig crack.

Good food and excellent location. Very nice sand beach with calm and clean water. Frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant staff offered great service. Just try not to have a room close to the elevators as they are rather noisy.

Pleasantly surprised. Well laid out hotel with helpful and polite staff. Right next to a lovely sandy beach. Excellent buffet with wide choice of food.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and close to the bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities are very good; lovely pool with slides which the kids loved. We struggled to get a sun bed by the pool as annoying people reserved them with towels. The room was as expected - nice seating area (if you were not using the sofas as beds) and table and chairs to eat at. The view from the room was not great but we had not paid extra for a sea/garden view. The noise from the road was a bit loud in the bedroom but the blackout blinds made it lovely and dark. The cleaner was brilliant and made fantastic creations with towels and sweets which the kids enjoyed finding each day. Any problems we had (e.g. no kettle) were fixed straight away. We were on B&B basis so only had breakfasts which were great. There was lots of choice and the restaurant was clean and well run. The entertainment was fantastic; lots of events though the day and a show every night which was a bit late for our kids but looked brilliant. Overall a lovely hotel.

Utterly unhelpful reception staff, the only person who helped was a lovely trainee when we had problems obtaining our transfer pick up time to the airport. The hotel staff really seemed uninterested and I had to ask a few times if they could ring up as the number was native to their country and the instructions on the phone were in Spanish. A few times they told us to 'go away and check later' by which point the staff had changed and we had to relay our issue all over again to a new person. The main pool had to be shut down one evening with no explanation why. The staff round the pool (lifeguard) were really nice and playful with the children. When inquiring about upgrades from half board to all-inclusive (and any other options they had) they were very dismissive and only after significant discussions with the other staff were we told about the various packages which aren't even on their website. The food at breakfast and dinner (we were half board) was really good with a good selection however, I would not use this hotel again nor would I ever recommend them based on their reception staff and general disdain and unhelpfulness.
