Comfort Inn New River

I loved rhe central location, close to the bridge, downtown, and other attractions. Very clean and the staff were very kind.

There wasn't much to dislike. The pool was closed and looked to be in disrepair. So as of now, there is no pool.

The gm and the staff were wonderful. Walking in the whole building smelled fresh and clean! This was the best stay of our vacation! Breakfast was great w rotating hot options. The beds were sooo comfy! We enjoyed the spiny sidewalk lizard!

The only issues we had were lack of washcloths in the rooms, a little mold on the shower curtain and a glitching lampside light all of which management was happy to quickly address.

Quite, somewhat tucked away, comfortable, accommodating, friendly staff

Felt like the cleanliness could have been just slightly better, wasn’t bad but overall was a good stay

Convenience

Parking was horrible.. small lot and not enough spaces for guests.. we had to park at a dumpster … breakfast room was too small for size of hotel and not easily accessed when guests were present

The location

Rooms were not ready at check in. When I was given a room, it still was not ready. I offered to come back but was told they had no idea when it would be ready. There were no apologies just frustration on the part of both women at the front desk.
