MGM Tower at Borgata

The hotel-easy check in at kiosk. Elevators were plenty. Room was good. Things that weren’t good. 1. No robes in room. Almost impossible to get said robes. Three phone calls to various people/begging for robes-we finally got them. 2. No blowdryer in room but there is an iron? Seriously…. 3. Hot water ok in shower-not terrific. 4. The room had a disgusting smell both nights at like 3am. Could’ve been low tide but I’m not sure. Valet. Easy to drop off car not busy like Borgata side. Retrieving car took much longer with them telling me they locked keys in car and I needed to unlock my car with my app. Still baffled by this one. Spa. Fabulous. Great vibe. Wonderful therapists-especially Chris. A great way to spend the day. Expensive but totally worth it. Highly recommend. They carry lululemon and beyond yoga (fyi) Dinners. B Prime was good as was Old Homestead. Good drinks. Good food. Ate breakfast at Bread and Butter-also decent. Nice staff at all restaurants. Tower was definitely quieter than Borgata side. Even tho we were on a non smoking floor the common area stunk. But it is a casino. (Floor 7). We had a great girls 2 night stay. It was fun and relaxing. Just remember to pack your robe and a blowdryer.

MGM tower was clean and quiet. It’s not on the boardwalk and you need key access to get anywhere in the hotel making it safer then most. Plenty of dining options. Better signs and maybe a map upon arrival would be nice. We spent entirely too much time walking around looking for places that were not clearly marked

The pool was very cold for children, the very rude service was not what I expected! The very expensive deposit 600 dollars they have no training for families only casinos.

We stayed three nights last week & had a great time with our friends. The Buffet on Monday night was Delicious. On Tuesday night, dinner at NOW was excellent like it always is. We relaxed in the MGM indoor pool on Wednesday afternoon. We will be back soon.

Great stay, enjoyed the hotel areas and experience. Very helpful staff and wonderful accommodations. Should offer free water in the fridge.

I gave this a 3 because I was very disappointed how early the pool and hot tub area closed. People that are traveling a little further and get there a little later in the day can’t enjoy the pool because it closes at 5 and 6pm. Way to early!
