Location was good …close to cbd and waterfront

Cleaning of rooms are only complimentary for the first day . Host failed to inform us that cleaning of rooms are additional charges from day 2 onwards . Guest have to therefore read the “fine print” in the welcome brochure to be informed of this . Bathrooms are a bit dated …some tiles untidy and broken , main bathroom door did not latch closed from the outside . Fridge had an unpleasant odour. Prices do not include breakfast .

Parking was arranged in advance of arrival; however it took 40 minutes to get a parking bay. There should be more control over parking bays when you get asked specifically if you want 1 during the booking process.
