Staff were friendly, the accommodations were comfortable.

Didn't bother with breakfast. it felt like you were intruding on their family life walking into the lobby with family in PJs gaming and laying around on couches and blankets like they sleep there in the lobby. abit weird.

Convenient location in town, easy to find.

Door didn't lock for some reason? Didn't matter because Cle Elum is super remote and no one would try to break in anyways it seems. It was what I expected for the price.

Owners were friendly, helpful, and accomadating.

Breakfast was a snack, not breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Liked that I could drive up to my door.

The bathtub drain stopper did not work very well

The manager and family were delightful. The location was good

The room needed maintenance, worn curtains, bathroom door would not close, toilet burbled and water rose to top. The grounds and office were messy and uninviting. If it weren't for the staff, who were great, I may have been upset. While it was messy, it was not dirty, there is a difference. I understand it is an affordable older hotel, but a little tidying up could go a long way.

It is a little dated, but clean very friendly staff, loved the old building, close to a really good cafe

We were leaving at 4a.m. when I went to take a shower there was no hot water at all, let it go for about 10 minutes, and still no hot water, that was the only problem

Very nice, friendly, quiet, and comfortable.

But it’s hard to get a taxi in this area.
