Cle Elum Travelers Inn

I really like this place, and the service was great! The WIFI worked well, and the room itself, although very small, was comfortable. However, the mattress on the bed was so hard that I hardly slept the two nights I was there, and both days after getting up my back hurt. I work outside and my work is very physical, so this wasn't good. If all of the rooms have this same mattress on the beds, this would be the only reason that I would have a hard time staying here again.

No breakfast, but there was Complimentory coffee and ice

Area was safe and convenient for our purposes. We booked for 4 nights, however due to unforeseen circumstances, we only stayed for 3 and haven't been refunded the night we didn't stay. It was my understanding from the desk person, the refund would be immediate. This was very disappointing.

Finally, a firm mattress, with a topper. Great value. No coffee maker but was OK since office had fresh brewed coffee/hot water. No breakfast but you can grab a handful of assorted breakfast bars. Has much bottle water as needed. At cost canned cold sodas. Reasonable density comforter but still to heavy for me. Powerful individual room AC.

1 day no Breakfast

Being doubled charged on my CC and then on my daughters CC, i have put in a dispute with BECU And we went over the reservation with the owners and they confirmed only 1 reservations and charged my credit Card and they had a reservation under Madeleine Bolduc name and charged her CC too, Right after they confirmed she did NOT have a reservation that why I paid for the room.

The staff were great, very clean room and the bonus was a comfy bed

Staff was very warm and friendly. Location was convenient to my destination (The Gorge Amphitheater on "Labor Dave Weekend"). Price was very reasonable. The air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of towels in the room. There was also a refigerator/freezer and a microwave in case I had any food leftovers or beer to chill.

Walls are very thin; I was startled by the sound of my neighbor turning on the shower at 6am it was so loud. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable to me, but everyone has their "thing" for sleep. Perhaps I should bring my own pillow, blanket and earplugs next time. For the price, I will definitely be back.
