"Service par excellence "

The staff was extremely friendly and always gave me a smile and greeting whenever they saw me. Very nicely located and I get a glimpse of the CCTV building by Reem Koohaus and the Beijing CBD.. And we arrived our room wasn't ready, they waived our breakfast charge for the length of the stay, and gave us free drinks while we wait for our room. I will definitely come back and stay at the Beijing Park Hyatt again. My special thanks to the wonderful staff, I feel very much pampered with.

"Beautiful retreat in Beijing"

We stayed 4 days during Chinese New Year and had a wonderful experience. Very dedicated, attentive staff. The room was spacious, modern. The bathroom was large and had a great "spa" feel and layout. It also was quiet and peaceful which is nice after a long day. The hotel has a very good restaurant, China Grill with stunning view of the city.

"Fully equipped hotel"

The staff are very helpful. They have all kinds of equipment to loan you. Like iPhone charger, laptop cable,hair straightenergy you name it... however, the breakfast buffet need to be improved. They should include more variety.
