Great property and location

It is a nice property, beautiful ocean views. As i was ready to go to bed i found a huge spider under the sheets. Went to front desk but the teenagers hired there did nothing to correct the issue. I was talking to one of the girls and she completely ignored me. I got a call from them around 10 pm only after they received my first review from Expedia. I work in customer service too and i usually don't like to complain, but those people at the front desk need training how to handle different situations. They were not able even to get a flashlight for me or some sort of bug spray to spray around the bed. Too bad, its a beautiful property...

The room and facility were beautiful however for the price we thought the restaurant and bar could have been open as we were there at dinner time. This could have been brought up when we checked in. Also the other shops there were not open. View from balcony was very pretty.

Pleasant stay. The spa, which is in a different location from the hotel, was totally booked by the time of our arrival. That was disappointing. Tide pool exploration was very close, which was nice.

Not a bad view from Ocean facing rooms. They should have a seating area by those windows. I'd give another STAR and come back. You could sit, chat, have coffee, read, or whatever ... Some subtle and not so subtle outdated features about the room. We don't come to watch TV, but it was tiny and far away. Awkward sink and faucet in bathroom. Stained sheets and comforter. Dirty vents. Poor job laying tile/flooring, it was loose and slid in multiple spots. The guy at the front desk was really nice. A delivery or garbage truck was soo loud both mornings around 5am, seemed to last for an hour but I'm sure it wasn't. Nice to have a tiny fridge and microwave. Again, take advantage of that ocean and view!
