Rude staff, dirty hotel

Great hotel, staff really friendly and good. Food good. Great location on the seafront went to theatre which right across the road. We had a seaview room which was good.

Prefect location, comfortable.

Breakfast and the price

Set on the seafront, with chairs & benches outside for lovely view. Clean, tidy & airy reception, lounge, bar, & rooms with a 4-person lift to floors. We used the stairs & second floor room had brilliant promenade & sea views. Dining room pleasant decor & tables served by a young efficient team. Variety of meals, vegetarian included with adequate portions, plus customize your breakfast as it's no trouble with friendly staff here. Entertainment most nights or short walk into town or visit harbour or use the "land train" for promenade exploring with public toilets around & clean. Hotel General Manager Alex is approachable, helpful & Assistant Manager Francesca, "hands on" in reception & dining room plus personally came to our room to fix a t v problem here. Even paperback books for sale in foyer.

The check in was easy and the receptionist was lovely. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak for the food but we did love the room, It was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just the right distance from the town centre, not too close but not too far to walk either.

The lift was small and it could take a while to get to you.
