The beds are soft and hurt your back the comforters Ick. The staff was friendly when in the room it was pretty sound proof the heater was a 5/10 didn’t work really well.

Quiet , Mai floor came with parking spots right outside your door

It was a pleasant stay. King bed and jacuzzi were outstanding

Property and staff were excellent but after paying with Expedia they still charged me an extra night on my credit card. I wouldn’t have known until much later hadn’t my credit card suppler sent me a notice of the charge. Be careful when paying with third party. They send you n email to speed up checkin and apparently this auttomactly deducts the amount upon checkin so please check your credit card after checking if you fill it out and payed with another app!

Came here with my husband to stay for our one year anniversary. We chose High River as we planned to attend dinner and the Train of Terror at Aspen Crossing. From the moment I called and spoke with Gem at front desk, she not only helped us book the jacuzzi suite but also helped us with our plans for Aspen Crossing. When we checked in we were delighted to see the staff went above and beyond to welcome us to the room, with rose petals, a personalized note, snacks and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay, and so grateful for the wonderful staff, in particular Gem! Ty!
