We liked the swimming pool. My conference was literally across street from parking lot of hotel.

Only 1 wobbly chair to round table to sit on. Rm 734 I had asked for a room with a view however after checking in, I had the view of the building next door. Rm 734 Room to small. Beds were double beds and I asked for Queen. Too small .

it is perfectly located in downtown, near convention center, an open and modern lobby. i loved the super angular view from 27th floor, beds are very comfortable

Staff was rude, no one was there to help with my bags, I paid for late check out and they kept calling and knocking on the door bc I guess they weren’t telling each other that I had already paid for a late check out. It was really annoying.
