Ankom sent og måtte vente længe på, at der kom en person og lukkede os ind. Der var ingen parkeringsmulighed. Føler os snydt i morgenmadsrestaranten, der på tog overpriser for mad og drikkevarer og hele tiden forsøgte at aflevere ting, vi ikke havde bedt om.
We stayed at this hotel during early July. Getting to this hotel is somewhat of an adventurous drive through some narrow, steep, and twisty road. The hotel is OK and has some great views, but could use some modernizing. Food in the restaurant was also OK, but not great. Parking is very limited and difficult to come by. The cable car ride down to Como is a cool experience.
La vista è meravigliosa, la strada per arrivarci è un pò faticosa, stretta e tutta tornante. Comoda la funivia a pochi passi dell hotel, in 7 min si è in centro senza usare l auto...la nostra camera era piccolina e troppo calda, va bene per passare uno due giorni non di più. Personale gentile.
They say that they provide parking but no.. They guide you to a slot not owned by the hotel and you get fined. Not a nice surprise! Room was not cleaned.
The place was stunning, just above the Lake of Como with a breathtaking view. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered welcome drinks which was nice. Easy access to city of Como with a cable car really close by.
El lugar es sencillo, sin lujos pero todo funciona bien. La habitación está remodelada así que es muy agradable. La zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. No hablan castellano y el inglés es muy básico, sin embargo la atención fue buena. La vista absolutamente increíble

El hotel se encuentra en brunate , zona alta a la cual hay que llegar en funicolare (5.50€ ida y vuelta ) es fácil de llegar , el personal del hotel muy amable , la habitación limpia y con buena vista del lago , el único inconveniente que tuve fue a la hora de pago y si no hubiese tenido efectivo suficiente , quizás hubiese tenido un problema , desde el día 1 ( estuve 4 noches ) trate de cancelar la reserva total + tax (2€ x persona el día ) pero me dijeron que tranquilamente mañana o hasta el final de mi estancia a lo cual yo les dije que pagaría con tarjeta a lo cual me respondieron que estaba bien y que aceptaban todas las tarjetas , día 2 y 3 igual , el día que me retiraba del.Hotel me dijeron que este a las 7 am , estuve ahi y cuando intentó pasar mi tarjeta me dijeron que no la aceptaba su Banco , intentamos un par de veces más y no funcionó así que opte por pagar en efectivo , tener un poco de cuidado con esto pues al elegir el método de pago indique con que tarjeta lo haría , por el resto el hotel fue muy bueno !
I had such a great time - all i wanted to do was drink wine, eat food and rest after a hectic week of travelling across northern Italy, and that's exactly what i got! Thanks to Ralph and the team for making it so easy and relaxing for me!
