The staff were excellent, specially the staff at the Front desk who did smooth check in and check out. Samana at Front desk and Smarika at Zodiac and Manjula during breakfast and dinner were very caring and nice. Overall the stay was comfortable.

We reported one incident that happened on the first night of our stay. It was 2 am at night and someone was knocking our door until we opened the door. The person said he was from housekeeping and brought water for us. We did not ask for water as we were sleeping. When we called at reception, the person receiving the call said it was a mistake. The water was for another room. He did not even apologise for the same and behaved as it was very normal for the mistake to happen at 2 am in the night. We were not expecting this.

Location. I HV requested for 3 person 1 king bed and 1 single bed, however I was sleeping on floor mattress

Good room. The executive suite.

Very unprofessional, petty, egoistic and malevolent staff. Starting from the reception. My fiance had to initiate the check in formalities as there was no valet. So I had to park in the parking full of water downhill. Once I returned the receptionist told us that we have been upgraded from the Executive Suite to the Club Room. There is no type of room called Club Room in Booking.com for this hotel. When we got to our room we saw that it was the cheapest Double Deluxe Bedroom. We went to the reception and complained that it is not a suite. 5 people tried to convince us that it was a suite and then the reception started talking in muffled voice over the phone saying they ran out of executive rooms. We were just shocked. One guy escorted us to our new suite room which was double the size of the so called Club room. The guy started arguing about the Club Room inside the newly alloted room when I asked for the name of the receptionist. This sort of treatment continued. Our live counter pastas cause tongue burns due to extreme salt. We had to call 5 times to get a bottle of water at 9.30 pm at night.

No i don't like the hotel at all because the location is not feasible to come out.
