False advertisement- I had to pay for parking although it’s advertised as free parking, there was no refrigerator in the room only a huge gap where it should’ve been, furniture had knicks and dents, the toilet stopped working and there was no free breakfast as advertised. The room also had a funny smell. I honestly wish I could be refunded

Good location and friendly staff

This was the most run down Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. I have pictures and it’s nothing short of disgusting.

The staff were amazing from the get go. We were greeted with warm smiles & fun conversation at check in. They seemed interested on why we came & even remembered to stop us to ask how our race went. They really made us feel welcomed so much so that we tried to book them for our trip in June but we booked another Marriot by mistake (they were also amazing-I’m doing my reviews in backwards order). We asked about cigar bars on the area with one of the women writing down a few for us. The rooms were nice & clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel smelled great too. Definitely recommend! They made me want to stick with the Marriot name for all stays.

Property was nice. Close to shopping and dining areas. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was nice and clean. The only bad thing was the outside sitting area and pool wasn’t clean, and the breakfast options were poor.

The location and facility were top-notch.

I originally requested an early check-in time, but received no response prior to my arrival. Only to arrive at the hotel and was told they room was not ready.

The customer service was rude and disrespectful after he told me I couldn’t get another or a different refrigerator. Me being on meds and they needed to put in the fridge. But thank God for the young lady Chelsea who was working with him. Went and got another fridge and brought it to us. She was very very helpful!
