Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Jackson

The surroundings were good. The cleanliness of the room was fine except a few cockroaches were running around. I kind of expect that being that we’re in South Carolina. I tried to contact the front desk but no one was available.

Staff was only seen on check in. That was ok though. The location was close to the event we were going to attend though, so that was ok

Clean but Not clean. Hair noted under the bedsheets/mattress pad only after we were checking for bedbugs. We did check for bugs when we first got there, but my daughter had bites on her by day 3 and I didn’t. So we just rechecked and there were questionable areas that looked suspicious. We checked out early

Could hear the traffic all hours of the day and night

Reasonably priced, comfortable beds

Staff were a bit rude on the phone when I changed my booking.

No wfi and I had to pay $30 for early checking then staff had nasty attitude, when I asked about why wifi wasn't connecting, left outta room fairly early never book there again waste of my money

I like the prlce.

The bed was clean, but sheets were itchy. Some new updates in the bathroom which was decent.

The window has a lot of mould on it and the old phone was absolutely disgusting. We were there for less than 24 for hours and I wouldn’t stay any longer than that. We were in the area for the Manchester Vs Liverpool game and had trouble booking a place which is why we booked here, but I wouldn’t stay again if I am being honest.
