"Great stay, needs some small improvements"

It was cozy and was close to base. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. It was quiet as well which helped when it was fine to sleep.

Didn't like that there was no breakfast bar even though there looked to be a place for one. Also, didn't like that there wasn't any extra blankets in the room. Only had 2 towels for 4 people :/

Came down there for my husband for Jackson basic training graduation. Customer service was great. The front desk man was really nice and understanding, but the environment wasn’t family friendly. I had to move rooms because a man kept coming out his room every time I came outside and harassing me while I had my three year old with me front desk moved me to the front so he could watch out for me, which was nice but if I ever come back to Columbia, South Carolina, I will not be staying there.
