Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld / Lackland

I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom. When I arrived the clerk asked if I recently booked the room because their were no more 2 bedrooms available. We ended up staying in 2 separate rooms.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great size rooms and clean!

A business can’t excel without an excellent management team that allows their personnel to excel…. such is the case of this Marriott! Albert (GM) heads up a dedicated team Rebecca, Nallely, Jennifer and the entire hotel reflect his vision. We had a scheduling problem with another hotel which would have been a disaster, but the staff quickly banded together and turned disaster into delight for our extended stay. Everyone from front desk to breakfast staff just wowed us. Pool, hot tub and gym and our room were sparkling. Albert personally decorated the hotel and felt like we had walked into a winter wonderland. Each and every time we arrived/departed we were recognized by name….nice touch. No problem with our Service Dog….In closing, this was a wonderful relaxing stay….Thank you Albert and Residence Inn staff❤️

Booked for a two bedroom suite, but did not get the same. Instead provided 2 single bedroom suite.

The general manager was very helpful as the AC had gone out before we arrived, they made arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel. AC ended up being fixed so we did stay at the Residence Inn. Everyone was so friendly & helpful during our stay.

The people were outstanding and it was a nice quite weekend. The place was clean and our room was in excellent condition.

The best way to sum up this hotel is ... "It's okay". Recently stayed 2 nights in room 418, it's one of the two bedroom rooms. The carpet looks recently replaced, and everything was more-or-less clean, there were a few issues. Everything in the room looks banged up and aged. The bathroom floor could be cleaner, and the top of the headboards were full of dust. The walls had lots of dirt and other fluid spots on them. There were some interesting uses of caulk around the room, and the cheap cabinet repair above the dishwasher looks shoddy. The beds were mostly fine, and the TVs have built in apps. The internet worked well for us. The shower head had lots of build-up on it, and the brand of bathroom amenities could be better. Outlets on the headboard, but no USB ports. This hotel would be so much nicer with some proper drywall repairs, a fresh coat of paint just about everywhere (don't use flat, use at least eggshell or semi-gloss), and new room furniture. Breakfast is terrible. Too many people all trying to cram in the same tiny area. The first day they kept running out of biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. The second day, they kept running out of pork sausage. If you have other options for breakfast, explore them unless you don't mind them constantly running out of things. It's certainly not a terrible choice, but I just feel like it could be better.

We went for vacation from new york we really loved it the things is when you stay in this hotel you get a lot positive vibes its so good.
