"Raw sewage in the room!"

Raw sewage! We stayed at this hotel earlier this year and the bathroom overflowed into the bedroom. It was raw sewage! We had to move rooms to an inferior room. Sam the manager said he would make it up to us on our next stay. I had written down what he offered us. Just checked in and has forgotten what he promised! Also there is no hotel safe in the room.

"Awesome Stay with Great Vibes and Even Better Service"

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff greeted us with fun amenities for the kids and made sure we loved our room. Dinner and drinks were fantastic, and we had a blast at the sports center and pool. Great service and a perfect getaway for the whole family!

Overpriced for mediocre hotel, uncomfortable beds and pillows, faulty ac/fan. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

"Hotel great! Booking not so much."

Amazing for family and adulting.

Nothing. Didn’t like bookings new procedures of cancellation. It used to be easy to reschedule. Rescheduling this trip was easy when talking with the property. Booking was inconvenient!!!

The location is nice close to the John Wayne airport. The property is clean the room is clean. A few things the AC is noisy and not cold . The bed is to soft, when I lay down my whole body was sunk in and the pillows are very flat. Not comfortable at all to sleep in / the food options are limited.
