HVAC too cold, rough towels, no access to porch which was damaged, dirty and trash filled, sink slow to drain, only one serving of coffee, no robes. Not up to the standards we expect of Hilton property.

There was plenty to do and my kids had fun.

We had a cockroach in our room. The shower head sprayed too wide for the bathtub and water got everywhere. The plug for the bathtub was gross and broken also. The window was able to open and there was no screen or anything making it extremely dangerous.

The room was nice and spacious and clean. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, however the biggest issue with this hotel is that they allow smoking on their balconies. It is impossible to sit outside and enjoy the balcony room I paid additional for because of people smoking cigarettes and weed. Extremely annoying considering the hotel claims it’s fines guests $259 for smoking yet finds it acceptable for guests to ruin others experience by stinking up the balconies.

The ladies that cleaned the room did a good job, room was decent size

We didn’t sleep both nights we spent there. Dogs barking, bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable. The restaurants on the premises serve horrible food and drinks so I won’t bother. Casinò smells and in absolute awful state. When we arrived to the pool they had no beds and couldn’t help us 🙃 pool was dirty and overfilled with people and children for that Tiny size of pool.
