Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder

Honestly, our trip to Hilton Buffalo Thunder started on a rough note — mold in the bathroom, a sink that wouldn’t drain, a broken chair, and phone lines that just didn’t work. Not exactly the welcome we were hoping for! When we reached out to the front desk, our concerns were quickly escalated to managers Jeff Romero and Sahana Mendez— and from that moment, everything changed for better. Their responsiveness and warmth were comforting . These two went above and beyond — no excuses, no delays, just genuine care and action and upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite, and just like that, our stay became one we’ll always cherish. Jeff and Sahana, you truly made our visit special. We can’t wait to come back and see you both again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

There was a very heavy smoke smell in the room

Beautiful facility in the vast beauty of the mountains. We had a balcony view overlooking the gorgeous pool and mountains. Peaceful and calm.

We are not much for gambling however we walked through the entire hotel,and casino and ballroom/retail areas. The casino was clean, and very busy but also relaxed. No crazies. Really enjoyed the Native American art! It s everywhere and gorgeous.

I'm not the kind of person to write bad review, but on this hotel I really had too. First of all, I sent the Hotel a message before I came because I wanted to know something but they never got back to me and I couldn't call them. The hotel was way overpriced for what I got. My room wasn't so cleaned, there was a toothpick on the sofa, and hair on the bed and bathroom and even in the fridge! I told the front desk about it and the guy there was doing me a favor for even answering me, they offered me to change room but nothing else. The elevator was way too far from the check-in desk. There are three or four restaurants and only one or two are opened after 2pm, all the other are closed so if you don't want to spent 6$ for a glass of coke you need to drive a little to the city next to the hotel. When I asked where is the breakfast they told me that I didn't booked my room with the breakfast option, what is not true at all, I did payed for it. The pool was closed, the spa was way overpriced for 50 min massage and the hot tub wasn't working. Definitely wouldn't come back, way overpriced and I wasn't expecting that from Hilton hotel, sorry.
