"Staff was rude and unwilling to assist."

Room was clean. Deli was excellent.

Staff was rude. Desk chair in room was extremely worn out and faux leather was peeling off the back of the chair.

Beautiful building and all amenities. Loved restaurants, bars, casino

My room was dirty, trash in sleeper sofa. Tv didn’t work and balcony door extremely difficult to open and close. Bed also was old and bumpy, not comfortable
