"Geboekte kamer was niet beschikbaar."

Het binnenzwemnad was prima.

Bij aankomst bij het hotel was onze boeking van een kamer met 2 queensize bedden voor ons gezin niet bekend bij de receptie. We werden naar de naastgelegen locatie gestuurd (Homewood suites).Ook hier was geen reservering bekend. Na tussenkomst van Booking.com kregen we een andere kamer in Hilton Thunder dan we hadden geboekt. De double queen bleek niet meer beschikbaar te zijn. Hiervoor kregen we een kamer met 1 kingsize bed en een oncomfortabele slaapbank voor onze kinderen. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we een extra 1 persoonsbed erbij. De lasergame en mini golf bleken niet open in de week(springbreak) Al met al, geen leuke start van onze 2 nachten in het hotel, en een magere oplossing ter plaatse. Wij komen daar niet meer terug.

The location

We had double beds one the sheets had stains,the shower head was messed up and couldn’t sleep the people next to use were load kids were screaming and running around adults were loud till after 1 am didn’t he no rest

The outside pool was closed. The arcade was small and kind of pathetic. Other than that, the facility was great.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a lovely spa, some beautiful art work, and it’s in a beautiful area. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
