"A great post concert hotel to crash at."

Beautiful property with nice rooms. Great for staying after a concert

Very long distance to rooms from lobby. Hard for those with mobility issues. Would like to be able to make reservations at Turquoise Trail restaurant for something a little cheaper than Red Sage. Love Red Sage but menu is very limited and prices are expensive for what you get.

Always a good time. Very understaffed this time so long waits for food and could not book spa services at all. Room was comfortable. Grounds needed maintenance and staff were not as friendly or helpful as usual. Past visits I'd rate 9s... this time, 6 is generous.

The hot tub had so much excess chlorine that it actually burned my skin. Way understaffed so had to wait on food ("10 minutes" averaged an hour every time).Lots of services unavailable.
